We give 12 month warranty for pallet trucks. The warranty is void for expendable wear items (wheels, axles and bearings of the wheel) when the replacement is not due to a defect in material or workmanship. In case of warranty repair, the customer is responsible for the logistics of the pallet truck to and from sellers‘ warehouse (40 Vilniaus Str., 'Putiniškės village, LT-14200, Vilnius district, Lithuania).
WARRANTY IS VOID:
- For expendable wear items (wheels, axles and bearings of the wheel) when the replacement is not due to a defect in material or workmanship.
- When there is any defect, which was caused by buyer.
- After the repairment in other services than company’s “SEMINGA”
- When the buyer changes pallet truck construction or pallet truck is not used for its’ intended purpose.

Returns may be subject to a 12% tax if the item is returned due to the buyer's fault. Please review all product information carefully.
